According to the requirements of the Customer, we design and manufacture spinning beam for the textile, medical and chemical industry with dimension over 5 meter length. We apply rigid inspections and we are able to certify the machines with every standard or Certified Body. We manufacture spinning beam heated by vapor or Dyphil or with electric cartridges to ensure an excellent temperature uniformity. Special design for bi-component fiber. The spin pack is top or bottom loading, the spinneret can be circular, oval or rectangular. All spin pack design is without chimney effect. The external insulation of spinning beam is made with incombustible board, used also in Aerospace industry, that reduce the temperature below the safety limit. The polymer manifolds are jacketed type to ensure even heating and designed to guarantee same resilient time for each spinning beam. A static mixer is assembled for the polymer homogenization.
